We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, and data analytics, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for maximum performance. As a Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for driving measurable results and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.
- Digital Channel Management:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse data and key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor spending, allocate resources effectively, and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact.
- Conversion Optimization:
- Work closely with the UX/UI team to optimize landing pages and website elements for better conversion rates.
- Implement strategies to improve the overall user experience and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Ad Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and align with brand guidelines.
- Testing and Experimentation:
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in campaign performance.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
