Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
    • Develop and curate content that aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
  • Platform Management:
    • Monitor and manage the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
    • Schedule and publish posts across different channels using social media management tools.
  • Engagement and Interaction:
    • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster engagement by liking, sharing, and commenting on relevant content within the online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports summarizing social media metrics and trends.
  • Research and Trends:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with other departments to gather information and coordinate campaigns.
  • Campaign Support:
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns and promotions.
    • Contribute creative ideas for contests, giveaways, and other interactive activities.
  • Community Building:
    • Identify opportunities to grow the company’s social media following and engage with influencers or brand advocates.
    • Participate in online discussions and forums relevant to the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of content creation tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media analytics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
