Refund and Cancellation Policy

**Refund and Cancellation Policy for Digital Marketing Services**

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is applicable to all services provided by Fotoplane Communications (“Agency”). By availing our digital marketing services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy.

**1. Advance Payment:**

Clients are required to make an advance payment equivalent to 30 days of the agreed-upon service fees before the commencement of services. This advance payment secures your slot and allows us to initiate the necessary preparations for the effective delivery of our digital marketing services.

**2. Service Commencement:**

Services will commence upon receipt and clearance of the advance payment. The client will be notified of the service initiation date.

**3. Cancellation of Services:**

Clients may choose to cancel the services provided by the Agency at any time. However, a minimum notice period of 30 days is required for cancellation. Clients must provide written notice of cancellation via email to [Agency Contact Email] at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date.

**4. Refund Policy:**

Once the services have been availed and the advance payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to early cancellation or dissatisfaction with the services.

**5. 30-Day Notice Requirement:**

Clients are required to give a minimum notice period of 30 days before canceling our services. Failure to provide the stipulated notice may result in the client being billed for an additional 30-day period.

**6. Effect of Cancellation:**

Upon cancellation, the Agency will cease providing digital marketing services at the end of the notice period. All access to proprietary tools, accounts, and resources provided by the Agency will be revoked.

**7. Outstanding Payments:**

Clients must settle any outstanding payments prior to the cancellation becoming effective. Failure to clear outstanding balances may result in legal action to recover the amount owed.

**8. Amendments to the Policy:**

The Agency reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at its discretion. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through other reasonable means.
