The company had been growing steadily but was facing challenges in building its digital footprint (especially on the professional social platform LinkedIn). As the job search
shifted from offline to online, the company leaders identified the need to build a strong
digital presence.

Objectives:
To establish Golden Red as a credible Human Resources Management Consulting firm
by building a strong digital presence.

Solution:
We identified that LinkedIn is the most important platform when it comes to HR
management consulting. Anything less than a very strong presence will hurt the brand
and will leave it behind its competitors. The prime focus was hence kept towards
building a strong LinkedIn follower base and the result says it all.

Results:
Golden Red’s LinkedIn page has a very strong follower base of 40,000+ followers
and it’s still growing.
